Discover Yourself through Meditation
The first and best thing you can do for yourself today is to begin to increase your ability to center on yourself. Through union and balance of mind, body and spirit, miraculous changes in life do happen!
Meditation can be your key to release and strengthen your own positive attitude toward life, toward loved ones and to enrich your mind and spirit. The key to success in everything we undertake in life is the attitude we bring to it. We all know from experiences as students that if we expect to fail, we do. Other times we experience those all-too-rare times when we just “know” that “this will work.” We know how much time and attention athletes and athletic coaches give to developing the winners’ mindset. Remember the tremendous joy and satisfaction it brings when you discovered it worked!
We believe that the best way to achieve this union and tap your real, inner being is through the practice of meditation. Instead of trying to fight down stress, suppress anxiety and battle obstacles painfully head-on, learn to let it all go away. Quiet focus on the process of meditation can free the self to discover new insights, generate new ideas and solutions, lead to greater understanding of self and others and energize and heal the body.
Our Personal Miracles through MEDITATION
What meditation has done for us personally has been truly miraculous. We were suffering severe emotional trauma from the loss of a loved one, facing impending loss of home, and having severe pain from rheumatoid arthritis flair-ups.
Practicing programs of meditation has gifted us with with renewed energy, a strong sense of positive direction, healthier bodies, enriched spirits and tremendously improved family relationships, and spurred us to undertake and create this website! We want to help this happen to YOU.
If you are new to the process we want you to know that Meditation can be very simple and easy to do, but an effective, successful meditation requires an open mind and willingness to follow the instructions. Meditation for us includes a wide variety of techniques. It ranges from simple two-to-five minute “escapes” from immediate intolerable, high stress situations, to daily sessions of 30-to-60 minutes of listening to recordings, through following the instructions contained in self-study courses. All techniques begin with focus on breath control and relaxation.
